What we hold
- Device ID - a unique device identifier generated on first launch, used to identify your device and verify subscription status. Not linked to your name or identity.
- Crash reports - if the app crashes, an anonymous report is sent containing app version, device model, OS version, your device ID, the error details, and a timestamp. Retained for up to 90 days.
- Purchase tokens - a transaction token from Google Play or the App Store, retained for subscription verification. We receive no payment details.
- API request logs - anonymised server logs retained for up to 90 days, then deleted.
We do not hold your name, email address, payment card details, location, or usage history.
How to find your Device ID
Open the app and go to Settings → Device ID.
Submit a deletion request
Fill in the form below and we will process your request within 30 days.
Warning - this cannot be undone
Deleting your data will remove your device ID and any active subscription linked to it. You will lose access to the app.
Purchase tokens required for dispute resolution may be retained for up to 7 years, but contain no personal identifiers.
