Basically the Sun

Ray the lightbulb is absolutely convinced of being a very small sun, and sets out to prove it with one silly test after another. But when a whole week of gray, cloudy weather leaves a little houseplant drooping, Ray finally gets the chance to prove it in a way nobody expected.
